Getting Around

London Airports are all approximately under two hours drive from Canterbury City Center.

FROM LONDON CITY AIRPORT

You can take the London City Airport DLR (a public-transit train) from the City Airport station to Stratford International train station. This will take about 18 minutes and cost £4. From Stratford International you can then take a high speed train to Canterbury, this will cost around £25. Trains leave from Stratford international to Canterbury on an hourly basis with estimated journey time being 48 minutes.

FROM HEATHROW AIRPORT

Take the London Underground (tube/subway) from Heathrow to London Kings Cross/St Pancras. From Kings Cross St Pancras, you can get the highspeed train to Canterbury West (via Ashford Intl), this Will take you about 2 hrs in total. The train from St Pancras to Canterbury West is 56 minutes and will cost about £30. However booking in advance will reduce the cost down to £12.50.

Take one of these regular bus service Uni 1, Uni 2  directly to the University Campus, journey time are approximately 14 minutes. You should alight at Keynes bus stop.
